About John Tanguma


Jaytee (John) Tanguma is a Colorado Native, grew up in Englewood and now resides in Henderson. He is fond of his childhood and is proud to live in Colorado. In 1993, Jaytee married his best friend, Andria and says his life was completed when they married.
He says all the time: “I’m blessed to have my “person” at my side”.

 

Jaytee began his Real Estate Career back in 2014. He went through Real Estate School, and in 2015 he and Andria “flipped” their first property. It was a beautiful historic home in the Highlands. He knew at that time that Real Estate is naturally in his blood. Being the son of a successful Real Estate agent in his Father Eddie, Jaytee is now proudly following in his Father’s footsteps.

 

Helping people sell their home or find their dream home is a highlight for Jaytee. He feels that this business platform is perfect for him because he can help his community and be a part of changing people’s lives.

 

Let’s face it, it is said that the purchase of a home is one of the largest purchases that most people will make. He works with first time home buyers, sellers who need to sell quickly, buyers who need to make a landing in that perfect spot, and/or anyone not sure of how to make the best of their buying or selling situation. Strategy is a key to a successful Real Estate transaction.

 

Jaytee has partnered up with Jeff Crase, a 20 year Real Estate Veteran. You will be in excellent hands with Jaytee as he and Jeff are the perfect duo. Jeff works for a differnt agency but is a perfect addition to my team. Jeff is also an HGTV Real Estate Expert and has been featured in 5280’s magazine several times.

 

Before Real Estate:

 

Jaytee loves music and has been involved with some type of music since he was a child. Attending Metro State College and the University of Northern Colorado as a music major, he spent 5 years getting a quality education and was focused on being a band director. Plans changed and he created a music production company after college. Being self employed for 90% of his life, now looking back at the 33 years of incredible music opportunities, meeting superstar musicians and living the dream, he reflects on all the trials and successes and can see how God blessed those 33 years of music.
